    I'll definitely will continue to use WebMD daily to log my food and exercise, in order to "maintain" my weight. This will be another journey.

    Tip! Use WebMD daily to log food and execise. Read many of the articles on health and diet. I usually entered my breakfast, daytime snacks and lunch into the Food Planner the nigtht before. This way I knew roughly what I could eat for dinner. By logging your food you learn so much about today's food. Anything in a box or can and many "low cal" meals (packaged or at fast food restaurants) have a lot of sodium.

    My advice to all, 1st COMMIT TO BE FIT and 2ndly, use WebMD.

    Go to go now! Time for my 1 hour walk.

    I've committed to be fit, and I am fairly fit.

    Just struggling with the sweet tooth.

    However, I must get rid of these extra 8 pounds...

    It's mind over matter but I know what you mean. I love sweets too.

    5 years ago we moved and just down the street in our neighbourhood is a store that just sells roasted nuts of all kinds, right in their store. Pecan's, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin..........Only when I recently checked how many calories are in nuts did I impose a ban on myself. Promised to not got there for 1 year. I do eat occaision almonds but limited to 14 or 100 calories at a time.

    Keep up the good work and those 8 lbs will be gone before you know it!
