well my goal is to be 130-140 lb by the end of this year i started going to the gym a month ago and so far i've lost 6 lbs. so:

may 11, 2010 188 lb when i started at the gym

june 10, 2010 182 lb. so far lost 6 Lb

equal lost 6 Lb. in a month by joining the gym and doing aerobics dance classes is FUN which i think is most important
