Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    My rainbow for today
    red strawberries tomato red onion cherries
    Orange an orange
    Yellow yellow peppers in salad corn on cob
    Green brussel sprouts mixed greens in salad cucumber in salad too
    Blue blueberrie in decadent blueberry muffin
    Purple plum
    Brown Mushrooms
    black black olives

    darn good rainbow except for the blue berriee in that darn muffin I ate while at the airport...

    You ladies are so inspiring!! Since scanning this post a week ago, I've been trying SO hard to incorporate as many colors into my diet every day. Its kinda hard (especially purple!) so kudos to all of you!!

    the more colors you have the better health you get
    it is so good to eat a rainbow of colors I have a hard time with purple too but most of the rainbow health sites combine yellow and orange as well as blue and purple . My rainbows are allways heavy on the red ...
    My daily salad seems to get most of my colors in ..
    spring mix and romaine cucumber
    yellow peppers
    tomato red onion
    black olives

    haveing that salad everyday makes up most of my rainbow
    I also have berries in my morning cereal //along with an orange
    so by noon I have a nearly complete rainbow
