Hi Everyone!
I'm so happy to be joining your community and I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone better!
Louise, thank you so much for all your help, the mentorship on the diet communities, and for the pleasure it has been getting to know you better! You MUST stay in touch with all of us!
For those of you that I haven't already met (and even if I have), I will share a little bit about me.

I grew up dreading any type of fitness and made food my best friend. Oh, we had a verrrrry friendly relationship. To the point that I was over 200 lbs by the time I was in high school. It's no fun being the fat chick in high school, is it?
Now, I'm a single mom in her 40's raising four kids. I've gained, lost, and gained back again 80-100lbs 3 times in my life. Blame it on pregnancies or blame it on my
sneak eating ...I just couldn't seem to keep it off for more than 5 or 6 years.
I wanted to exercise, but I was self-conscious of what others would think or say about me. I know...silly, right?
Not that silly, apparently. I've lost 50 lbs since January when I started a fitness group in my neighborhood exclusively for women 25 lbs overweight. I had an overwhelming response from other ladies with same fitness fears I had.
It's been one year and we've had a great time getting to know each other on walks, zumba classes, water aerobics, and even some sand volleyball. I still have 60 more pounds I'd like to lose, so I will love hearing all your tips and sharing successes with all of you!
Have you ever let what others might think about you keep you from exercising? Would love to hear your story
