Hi here is my friday food I will start today

breakfast
6.7 oz orange
1/4 cup each bran flakes heart to heart and great grains crunchy pecan
1/2 C fat free milk
4.1 Oz strawberries
2 black coffee

walk 45 minutes


Lunch /Dinner

4.2 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
20 small spears asparagus
1 tiny red potato
my usual salad
2 C green tea with lemon
4 c water

afternoon snack
4.5 OZ Apple with 1 T natural peanut butter
1 C fat free milk


supper
5 C air popped popcorn
1.5 oz pistachios

dessert

7 oz strawberries
1/3 C fat free plain yogurt
1/4 T honey
banana 2.6 oz

5.5 oz plum

Yesterday's intake

Jogged 2.1miles
Pedometer reading: 11722 steps

Intake:
whole wheat toast X2 with 1/2 pat butter split between the two
water (I am trying)

double decker taco - with the outer layer removed
Cheese beefy burrito (yah - we went to Taco bell - should have just eaten one of these)
Diet pepsi

Water
3oz rotisserie chicken
Rice 3/4c
Cream style corn 1/2c
1c left over mac and cheese

Water.

Stress eating - can't wait until my husband gets back. . .
SW 192, CW 194 (yuck!), GW 155 We can do anything we put our minds to!!

Lol I wouldn;t know what to do without my air popper..
I like to have it sometimes for supper...with some nuts and water too I had more water than I listed at least 6 cups// in the begining of my plan I had air popped popcorn for supper nearly every day // it is a whole grain and a very healthy choice
