    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

So I weighed in today at 206 with 12 weeks to go until the wedding. However, I got fitted for the tux this weekend, and was told I need to maintain to look great for the pictures and so the tux won't look baggy, lol. I am going to get to 200 and then maintain, wit hopes of losin the final 20 after the wedding. Although, I'm thinking of trying to drop to 180 or 90 fast if I can and then cut down on the cardio, up the lifting to pack on lean muscle for the honeymoon.

    Good BOY!!

Staying in the "Main Room", the maintenance place is tricky. Just don't think of it as a vacation or free pass.

    Good luck on the wedding!

    Hi AMBER,

    How's your maintenance going?

I am trying hard to keep mine on track. I guess when you realize you have to work to stay in the "Main Room" LOL, the maintenance place....there are NO free passes, then we get it.

    Happy Monday!

Sounds like you are doing just fine. That is good to see. All we can do is what our work and home life permit. Sometimes it's getting 10-15 mins. of "something" worked into small time slots.
