Thanks Debbie. I was sure that I'd go back up to at least 200 because it was a drop of over a pound yesterday and usually that means not enough water or whatever and then it goes back up and takes a few days to readjust back to that weight. That's why I said I'd wait till this am's weigh in to make sure I was on solid ground. I actually swore I wouldn't announce the transition, you know? Just slip quietly into Onderland? But that felt like cheating. I share everything else here, the good and the bad, so to not announce would make me a hypocrite.
I appreciate your congrats and all the help that I've gotten here on this site, from you and everyone else, to get to this point.
Next mini goal is to get to my halfway mark (to total goal). That's another 10 lbs.
I celebrated yesterday, with a new cheapy cotton dress from Walmart for 9.88 (bright electric blue and grasshopper green striped, SOOOOOO cute!) and a larger striped tank top to go under it in same colors 3.99. Total cost of about 15 dollars and made me feel like a million bux! Michael took me to the movies then out to Chile Verde for Mexican. We ordered the beef fajitas for two and I stayed right at 2 fajitas with 2 small slices of beef each and the rest veggies, though I did splurge with some guac and sour cream on them, I felt like I handled it well. But I watched it because I know theres alot of salt in those puppys, lol.

YAY !!!!!!! Welcome to the Onderland!!!!!

Look at you more than 40 pounds lost. The feeling is unexplainable, it's a fussy feeling of accomplishment and determination. As I'm righting I have a little lump in the throat.

Going up and down with joy for you. I'm sure Judy will be here with here POM POM soon I think she said she will be back the 16 June.

Tomorrow I'm celebrating with a walk in the park.

Congratulations, proud of you!

Everything has been worth it.

I'm struggling at this stage, and my weight is going the wrong way...

TotallyWiggedOut replied to Tomato05's response:
Thanks ! All this really has been worth it and I'm sticking with the program to the end, however long it takes. I bumped my exercise just a bit by adding my evening 4 block walk. Just up the street and back, plus I've been cycling my calories up and down during the week. I'm not sure which has helped , but I'm figuring probably both combined. Maybe it could help you too. (?)

Thanks Norma J and Judy. Yeah, it's nice to see the other side of the moon. Now , if I can just STAY here, lol. I'm really scared though. I'm not far enough into Onederland to feel comfortable about it. I need a few lb buffer for the plus days.
