Thanks for the responce, i have signed up with the fitness planner and found it to be very useful....i am trying to do more excerise than before...

Hi loove, welcome! This is a great blog site for you to land in. Most of us cook our own meals so we have recipes floating around on some of our past day's blogs if you have some time to just browse through. Also, if you have any questions about how to maybe make a recipe lighter, give us a holler, we can usually help come up with alternatives.
You have already started the planner, which is great. If you don't find your particular food in the food log, go to bottom of it and include your own. ESPECIALLY if you make your own from a recipe. You add in all of the ingredients, divide by how many portions you get from the recipe for each ingredient (like if it serves 3 and calls for a cup of rice, you actually used 1/3 per serving) , make sure to add in all of your nutrients for each ingredient too, then MAKE sure to SAVE that added up recipe as a favorite meal, that way you won't have to go through all that again.
