you may have gained muscle and lost fat thats not a bad thing muscle will help burn more calories...keep at it and don;t focus so much on the scale focus on nutrition and portion control

Judy is right. Sometimes it isn't about the scale but it's the way your body feels and looks. Keep at it and the scale will eventually catch up. This is way weight loss can be unsuccessful because people get caught up on numbers on a scale.

Hi Cindy, Personally, I would check with my doctor before taking ANY supplement. Under my doctor's supervision, I do take fish oil and a multivitamin, but nothing else except lots of veggies, fruit and some lean protein. I my food intake into fitday.com to keep track of my nutrients.

Yeh, I'm with Judy and Debbie here. Especially anything supplimental over the internet from someplace far off like the Himalayas (yes I did read the drugmart link) .
The problem with stuff like this is , it isn't FDA approved. I just don't trust anything that comes into our country without some sort of US standard testing done on it. Anyone can write a good review or even a statement about testing that's been done without repercussions from a governmental agency when it's sold over the net. And if you get sick or god forbid die from it, absolutely nothing can be done to get monetary recompence since it's out of country. Not worth my life over a suppliment.
