breakfast...none

Lunch
2 slices wheat bread
2 tsp spin blend
2 oz of smoke turkey breast (deli)
1 oz of swiss cheese
one tomato
lettuce
one small bag of salt and vinegar chips

Dinner
two ears of corn on the cob ( one med, one small)
margarine about 1 1/2 tbsp
bakery style type hamburger bun
1/4 cup of sloppy joe meat
suntea

Snack
one ice cream bar

Calorie count...1475, may have something later on, like a yogurt
