Hi Sally. Welcome back. Your 37 lb loss is gone but not forgotten. You will always remember what those extra lbs made you feel like in your clothes, made you look like standing naked in front of a mirror, made it uncomfortable to sit is chairs or seats at the movies or on planes or on amusement rides. Now, picture what the NEXT 20lb loss will look like on you, will DO for you. You can do anything you set your focus onto. Anything you want and are willing to work for. Remember, you can't lose weight well and healthfully just by cutting calories. Diet and EXERCISE go hand in hand. Reduce a little here, and do a little more there. Every little bit of a change is good and will net results. Have confidence in your ability to take charge of your own life. kim

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.---author anonymous
Good advice, Kim. I've been at this weight loss venture for so long. Thyroid is an issue but I'm dealing with it. I wish I could do more exercise. Walking is about it. Aging brought on RA and heart issues so I have to monitor my own activities. Working at it, though! Thanks again!
