    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Some of us have encountered videos and exercises online that we personally have tried and like.
So , like our 50-100 Recipes Blog, I think we should have an easy way to access these user friendly, 50-100 blogger approved exercises.
If anyone encounters a site or online exercise that you have tried and liked , please share here.
In order to save this discussion and be able to access it from time to time, just clik "WATCH THIS DISCUSSION" at the bottom of it and it will be saved in the MY DISCUSSIONS dropdown menu at the left of your page.
    thanks

This is a standing abs video - I have hardwood floors at home and so doing crunches or sit ups - even with a mat - can hurt my hips and back after a while. I like this video.

Helene, you don't know how many times I've had to go looking for those posts.... I kept forgetting to put them into my watched list, then when I did, the stupid drop down menu won't work for me.... sigh.... one thing after another. At least it's now safe and sound in our resources.
