    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Thanks for posting, Judy. All the more reason to buy all natural and fresh. I love my blueberries, but only the real ones, frozen or fresh. I'm still in my breakfast rut of old-fashioned oatmeal, blueberries and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts. I try to switch up, but always come back to it cause I really love it and it fills me up (am always hungry in the morning, no chance of me skipping breakfast, LOL).

True enough. Not "FALSE" advertising , just lying by omission.
Like the 4th comment after the post, if you want blueberry yogurt, buy blueberries and put them in plain yogurt. ONLY THEN will you know what's in it.
WHOLE FOODS , RAW, NATURAL ...... beware of any type of MAN MADE or lab manufactured "foods" because they are a congloberation of sticky oils, corn syrups/sugars,food colorings and whatever they can gum them together with from a test tube.
good article, thanks Judy for another great "heads up"
