I don't generally start discussions because I don't have a lot of time. I do reply to a lot when I can. I just wanted you guys to know my daily schedule throughout the week so if you run into somebody that says "I'm too busy to workout" you can share my story.
My schedule:
Monday:Wake up at between 4:30am - 5am
Start laundry if needed
Start supper in crock pot if needed
Gather my lunch for the day
Make family of 4 breakfast
Stretch for 10 minutes
Maybe some quick Ab exercises
Get ready for work
Change out laundry
Leave for work
Work
Eat snack around 9am
Walk at 10am
Lunch - Do some cardio - Biking on most Mondays for an hour
Eat Lunch
Go back to work
Eat lunch
Work
5pm - go home
Change out laundry
Cook dinner for family of 4
Prepare lunch for the next day
Clean up
Change out laundry
Shower
Stretch for 10 minutes
Maybe some more Abs
Read Facebook
Read a book
Sleep
Tuesday:Wake up at between 4:30am - 5am
Start laundry if needed
Start supper in crock pot if needed
Gather my lunch for the day
Make family of 4 breakfast
Stretch for 10 minutes

5pm - Get daughter from tutoring and go home
