    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Saturday:

Usually do make appointments that I don't have time for during the week if I can. Like taking the cat to the vet or getting my oil changed. This Saturday we are taking my daughter to get pants for her concert she is performing in a week. Sometimes I might go biking if I don't have a lot of running to do. I usually have laundry and such to do. I also cook all the meals.

    Sunday:

Is usually rest day for watching movies. I may do laundry and of course cook some more.

Always during the week between my husband and I we stop and get more produce on the way home if we need to.

It wouldn't let post all of it in one discussion. I also forgot to say that I have another snack after lunch on each day. I pack my snacks when I pack my lunch.

Wow Amber, you are one busy, disciplined young woman. You are right about excuses. I sure make them about exercise. I need to do better with that. Even at 59 and working 7am to 9pm at least 2 days a week, I should not use that as an excuse. It's too important. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Are your days cram packed or what?? Maybe it's been too long for me to really remember, lol, But I am positive that my days didn't look half so full while I was raising my boys. I was even a single parent from the 2nd year of kids on..... jeez.
But that's where most of my weight piled too. Because I DIDN'T do any exercising to speak of. I had a 1.5 hr commute to a factory job for almost 10 years that truly sucked the life out of me and I was dead tired by the time I got home.
I envy you your determination and your youth.
    You go girl!

Also if you notice there is no TV watching until Sunday. Thanks everyone. I know it helps to see what real people have to do in order to accomplish things. There isn't such thing as can't just won't's.

Amber, Thanks for taking the time to post your daily schedule. It really shows that routine is neeeded to progress in a healthy lifestyle.

I feel some motivational quotes coming on:

We make our choices then our choices make us.

Make yourself stronger than your excuses.

If it is to be it is up to me.

Amber I see the way you live life each day in each of these quotes.
