I use Fitday.com to log my foods I like it because it also gives me nutrition info as well as calories

Judy suggests the Fitday.com or you can use the food and fitness planner here on WebMd, there is also a decent one on Livestrong.com..... all are free and pretty easy to use.
Defitintely good tools to use to keep track of your food intake/exercise output.
let us know a bit more about you, food dislikes/likes, physical limitations etc and we will help you as best we can with your journey.
