Oh wow I read the article and I get the message! I won't be skipping a meal here and there. I haven't been doing that but I have a weight-loss friend I chat with and she regularly skips meals and always has. That's how she's most comfortable. We are both having a similar success rate and I just wondered if that was a way that worked for others. Believe me I look forward to each and every bite so I'm delighted I don't need to pass on one of my three squares a day.
