Walked a mile and a 1/2 today. Wish I could walk faster but my hip and knee on the left side just won't allow it. Was thinking about getting a cane and walking with it as maybe it would help me out to stabalize my left side. BB
Wow, that's great! More than I could do. Someone recently suggested I try to get walking sticks or a cane because I have back problems (due to my weight), so I'm going to look into it. I'm hoping walking sticks aren't too exepensive because I would rather be seen walking with "sticks" than an actual "cane," but I will do whatever I need to so that I can walk some more. I know that's a great all-around exercise.
