Yay, I just got back from my mile walk. Made myself do it before my bath instead of not doing it at earlier today I walked around in some woods for an hour with 3 pre-K kids. It is a volunteer gig. Lots of bluebells!


Baby steps, to a healthy lifestyle change. When you change your thoughts you will then change your weight. Getting healthy is about progress, not perfection.

Laura, I love bluebells. I don't see them so much down here. I'm seeing wild raspberries and honeysuckle up the yin yang though right now. It makes my am walks very pleasant to smell those.
good for you doing that walk. See?? even Lil Debbie's donuts can't make you stop the process .

I love walking and looking at all the new things budding out in spring even with allergies I still love seeing it I have tulips blooming and daffodils too
