    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I have to share with everyone my victory - yesterday, when I started my journey, by the end of the day I had gone over my recomended calorie intake by 4154 calories... yikes !! But today, I only went over by 1625 !! I'm not where I should be, but this is BIG for me. Yay ! Thank you everyone for the encouragement !!

Yay, Margie! Now for a new Abbreviation. What you've had today with winning a small battle against your overages is called an NSV , non scale victory.... anything that is a victory on your journey that doesn't involve stepping on the scale.
One less link in our watchband. One more hole in your belt, a smaller bra size.. ok , maybe this one isn't a REAL victory, depends on how you look at it I suppose, LOL

    You are doing great.

    Fabulous Margie!

It was a big shock for me too! After I realized how many calories I was eating, I began measuring my food...just to see how many servings of each thing I was actually. I was shocked that half a box of cereal was more than one serving

    Great steps baby!
