Hi everyone ! I hope we're all having a good Monday. I got a bit off track this weekend. I was out of town visiting family, and when we get together it seems that eating is all we do. But I'm back today, and as determined as ever to stick this out. It feels nice to come to this group and see all the encouraging comments. Missed everybody ! Have an excellent day !

Hi Margie every time I go to my sons there is more food than I can handle . they eat out a lot and I just go with the flow but really try to keep my portions in mind.. then when I get home back on my healthy plan right away ..
so good you are back on plan .. lets hope those visits are not often ..

Aw, Margie. Sorry that you fell off the wagon a bit over the weekend. But, hey! ! At least you held onto the reigns of the pony, right? You just gotta climb back into the wagon and ride it again.
Weekends are tough. Wanting to eat out or eat what everyone else is seems tougher on Sat and Sun for some reason...Ah well, we shall prevail.
Got your meals all figured out for the week? Sometimes that helps to keep the journey from jogging into no man's land.
