Feeling so so today. Walking at 8:30 with neighbor friend. Will post breakfast and walk after. Starting today I stopped padding 4 pounds I added out of habit to match my doctor's scales last year for clothes and shoes. Now my weight report is true to naked before breakfast per our 10 day challenge rules. Sorry I didn't realize this with the first 10 day challenge.

Hi all. Got in to motel last night at 1A and up at 5 A for shower. Austin had to be at the school by 7. Breakfast was McDonalds oatmeal and a parfait. Have no idea if and when i am having lunch. But we will go out to dinner. I thought I would be walking around the campus but instead I am doing errands w my ex while Austin does his thing so no exercise.

Not really Aus. For the Original MAIN CORE people I can use their last measures, just let me know if you want that.

I posted so that the new challengers could see what we do without going back to C1 posts.

Many huggs, and thanks for joining me again.
This time, it's gonna be more involved for the originals, lol
COUNT ON IT!

Good Morning , Rachael.
Thanks for joining, and I'm glad you made the trip safely.

Good choices facing the MickeyDs menu. I love their oatmeal and parfaits.

Please, try to eat something for lunch. Even if you have to stop into a 7eleven, get some decent trail mix with almonds and some milk or a FUZE SLENDERIZE.
You will be too hungry at dinner and OVEREAT if you don't.

Constant , level blood sugar is necessary to keep from the HUNGRY HORRORS

Sugar spikes and dips are NOT GOOD.

Errands count as exercise.
Make the X park further than he normally would away from the places you need to go and make sure YOU DON'T SIT IN THE CAR to wait for him to run around.

Make sure to carry a BIG bottle of water.
Remember 64oz a day.

check in when you can
