Need to refocus on whole foods

Hi everyone, I need to refocus on whole foods. I have been eating more processed foods each day than I would like to. Instead I want my core food to be spinach, apples, grapefruit, brocoli, bananas, carrots, rolled oats, and one food ingredient like egg, chicken, fish, and corn, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, berries, kale

Maybe we can start a whole foods based daily log and see how we do?

I'd go along with that, and post what I eat . I'm mostly whole now so it wouldn't be any sweat off my nose

I'm trying to get back to that as well. I'm still as Paleo as I can be, except for my lunches. Due to the chewing problem and other factors that's now an apple, a small avocado (while I can get them cheaply), and some protein shake. The shake isn't Paleo because it's soy and whey, but it's still pretty low on junk. I've started putting plain yogurt and unsweetened cocoa powder in it. I've had a lot of soups lately and that's entirely grain free and whole food.

I don't know if I want to log everything I eat right now, but I can get on board with putting the focus back on whole foods. I look forward to restocking my fruits and vegetables this weekend. In season are avocados, tomatoes, fresh pineapple, possibly some apples, melons, bananas (burro bananas especially) and we're starting to get some decent nectarines.

Yes Laura maybe get back to eating a rainbow of colorful fruits and vegies
My daily side salad is full of color green red yellow that covers half the colors
