Gonna be a HOT one today again. Dew point is already in the mid 70s and it's climbing upwards of 83 deg. to hit somewhere in the mid 90s

Since I'm having my heavy breakfast, I'm shooting for a Fr. Vanilla Zoic protein shake for LUNCH

2 Tuna Patties, Oven "fried" zucchini slices and a fresh spinach salad w/ mandarine orange sections and pomegranate balsamic dressing for DINNER

gotta say, grats Laura on staying true to course. You are doing very well still and I can't wait to drag you back into the jungle of our next CHALLENGE, lol

Debbie, I see you are eating blueberries alot... are they cheaper for you there? because ours are still running about $4 per pint here.
Which makes me mad as a rabid dog because I used to pick my own in Paw Paw, MI for $9 / 3 lb bucket. (plus all I could stuff into my face as I picked, lol)

Morning Judy!!! waves HIIIIII !!!

Ughs, I hate Stevia. Honey on blueberries? I think not. I keep trying to get used to Equa, but bitter, bitter taste.
Isn't cane sugar REAL food? Stevia, chemical?
Do you think the sugar (ONLY 1 1/2 TSP) cancelled out the blueberries?

Kim, I just love blueberries and Kroger generally has a half pint container that's pretty reasonable. I use dried blueberries a lot as well because I don't like the frozen ones in my oatmeal. They get mushy to me. Fresh ones are less cals and better for you, but hey! I do put strawberries in my oatmeal sometimes. Again, you must remember, I eat a lot of the same things, but I don't seem to get bored. My food bill is reasonable enough despite buying mostly organic now.

Maybe cut it down slowly to next to none You currently have
1 1/2 teas make it 1 for a while then 1/2 after a while the blueberrie will taste sweeter plain.
