Looks like everyone has slept in, so I will start todays Challenge

It's a sick start. Weigh-in 188 Hasn't budged in several days. Humph.

Breakfast - 12 cherries, cup of joe w/1 tsp xxx, 1/2 tbs half & half

Going to Cope today, will be gone all day. I didn't get but half hour of sleep. So I will sleep the long jaunt of our ride. See you all when I get back. Not taking a picnic lunch, we'd have to eat it in the car for one. I'll just watch it today. ha.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -186; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

I slept great last night
weigh in 151.5

breakfast:

same as yesterday
1/2 sm grapefruit

1/2 C ff milk

1/2 C bran flakes

1/3 C Kashi heart to heart

3.2 oz strawberries

1 black coffee

dinner plan is boneless skinless chicken 1 C cooked spinach
either brown rice or red potato steamed salad as usual I am out of avocados so it will have black olives in it

will be going for my morning walk soon

Sorry, guys. I have my days and nights mixed up.
Michael has gotten into the habit of watching movies until 4 am and since he's up, I read.
Now I'm sleeping till all odd hours of the day trying to catch up.

SUNDAY July 7
DAY 3, C3

AM weigh in 174.8.

Breakfast
dutch cocoa coffee plus 32 oz water
3/4 C Chai Chia Oatmeal
1 med banana
2 Tblsp almond slivers

Going to the gym today.... 20 min on eliptical and 40 min pool exercises

Movie at 330pm Despicable Me 2, so probably movie popcorn
I'll be taking some almonds and raisins with me to bump the health quotient and mix with the popcorn.

Dinner out so I'm not sure what I'll be having....

Judy, you're down a lb. even after eating out. Great!

I should have joined this challenge. I have not done well with food this holiday weekend and am up a couple of lbs. The weather has been horrible (today we have sun though) and my mood went right along with it. Had lots of outdoor active plans which couldn't happen with all the rain. Bad mood = bad food choices for me. I KNOW it and yet, it still happens. Frustrating!

Good morning all
3 mile morning walk! Yay, second day in a row going that far. My pace is now about 22 min./mile
Weigh in 206.6 I am starting to like seeing 206! Want to hold my breath and keep it from rising back up!

Breakfast:

1/2 reg grapefruit

1/2 C 2% milk

1/2 C corn flakes, Kashi go lean, ground flax

1/3 C blueberries

1 cup coffee


1 bacon, 1 2" pancake, lite syrup (With everyone in the kitchen my breakfast seemed to go on forever. One son got back from NYC late last night and is still asleep)


Judy, your dinner plan sounds so delicious! I love brown rice, spinach, etc.

Will do my 15 minute daily core exercises soon.

Hi Debbie it isn't too late to join kali has joined but doesn't have a tape measure so no worries join in
If they had still had the great dessert menu I would have indulged more while eating out ..But the peanut butter pie was no longer on the menu Lucky for me cause that was too good
and I would have caved ...My nutrition was just OK after eating out but it was weird no vegies for the whole day ..
I did some walking today and another 20 minutes of weeding the garden those darn weeds were taking over I had to put a stop to it .. You will get back on plan Debbie this maintaining is harder than it would seem to be keeping a watch over our behaviors is what it takes because we got fat in the first place because of those behaviors... can;t let old demons back in ..

go for it.. spinach is one of my favorite vegies and it is a nutrition miracle cover lots of bases..

half slice small home made pizza

lunch
can tuna
2 bread and butter pickle slices
hb egg
one 100 calorie bread
2 cup fresh baby spinach
half cup watermelon
half cup banana strawberry greek yogurt protein smoothie

my mood is lowered from earlier happy mood. feeling a little tired too

Weigh in was 191.0

Up a little from yesterday, but I'm pretty sure that the salad that I had last night had extra sodium in it.

Breakfast was one tortilla with cheese and salsa on it.

I took a nap and slept through lunch. Right now I'm having 1 cup on pistachios in shells. Waiting for husband to wake up from his nap to decide what to have for dinner.
