Ok all you Saints n Sinners, today is REMEASURE DAY!

We are now past the halfway mark and it's time to GET ON WITH IT IN A BIIIIIIIGGG WAY!

Kim AM Weight 205.7 wrong way, I'm a Sinner for sure

Waist 35 3/4", Hips 42 1/4", Lower Tummy 42", Rt Thigh 24 1/4",
Lft Thigh 24 1/2", Rt Bicep 13 1/2", Lft Bicep 13 3/4",
Bust 38 3/4", Rt Wrist 6", Lft Wrist 6", Rt Calf 15", Lft Calf 15 1/2",
Rt Ankle 8 1/2"
Total Inches for today 285 3/4" Total loss for C3 so far 1/2"

I'm not feeling all that well today. Pulled a boner with that pizza choice last night, I'm sure.
Blah!
Well, anyhow....

Dutch cocoa coffee plus 32 oz water
AM walk with Holly

Weather today. HOT AND MUGGY , glasses steamed up when I went out with dogs... I'M HATING IT.
77 deg with 90% humidity and 75 deg dew point.... anybody got a snorkle I can borrow?
This weather keeps up I'm going to wake up with gills and fins

Breakfast.... I'm thinking nothing. My tummy.... errrrrrr

I'll log later for food and stuff.... perhaps, MUCH later,

Weight was 191 today. Not surprised considering that we had pasta last night. Eek.

Not too bad though, all things considered.

Got two tape measures last night at WalMart. Didn't bring my purse inside last night, so I didn't get the chance to measure. Will do it tonight.

And, of course, this morning I inadvertently stumbled across my old tape measure. So now I have three. LOL.

Hopefully will hear back about the house today. Am expecting to anyways.

Breakfast was 2(ish) eggs and a little less than 2 slices of bacon. Salsa on the eggs. Water.

That was my True AM weigh in.....

OH now I know.. I was looking up comical Diet inspirational cartoons and there was one with a woman standing on a talking scale, she had a tape measure around her waist and was eating a carrot, the scale was saying "205.7"

It must've superimposed it's image into my little mushy brain and I just typed it on autopilot,

Well, now I gotta ask.... since I've dropped 30 lbs this morning... can I rest for the rest of this Challenge???

Was able to walk for a mile in between rain showers.

Breakfast was 3/4 cup corn flakes, ground flax, oats, smart start, cinnamon, 1/4 cup blueberries, 2/3 cup ff milk, cup coffee, half bruised peach, half med. grapefruit

Ok did my walk cloudy and muggy out there 58 minutes walking 20 minutes weeding
thinking of doing my weights but maybe skip it today that weeding gives me quite a workout ..

Ughs, I can barely see. I slept til 8:45 and I feel drugged.

Kim, your so funny. I know what your saying about this heat tho. We don't have the humidity but we have high temps. Gonna be 100 today. I'm not stepping foot out side the door. I went out to each my brkfst on the patio with Carl when I first got up and it was hot and flies biting my ankles and legs. So forget that! Staying in the house.

Ok, I'm in between a saint and sinner. Is that possible? ha ha ha! I didn't lose nuttin!!

No exercise again. Well, not yet anyway.
