Good morning I kinda slept late today

My breakfast

3.8 oz orange orange

4.8 oz strawberries red

1/2 C bran flakes

1/3 C Kashi heart to heart

1/2 C FF milk

1 C black coffee

so far my rainbow has 2 colors
dinner plans boneless chicken mushrooms corn on cob a green vegie likely broccoli and cauliflower a side salad


will do the evening foods later

I guess I have to admit this. Just before I went to bed I had 2 packs of those snack cracker sandwiches and a bag of chips. It's almost getting too easy to eat like this which is why I want to log on here EVERYTHING that I eat. Oh well. New day.

This morning I had:
3/4 C blueberries
1/2 C oatmeal (dry)
and 1 T of peanut butter

for exercise I did 1 hour of walking and 14 minutes of weighs training I did 2/3 of my normal routine instead of reducing weights I reduced reps to 10 each of 7 moves 2 sets
my normal routine is 15 reps of 7 moves 3 sets
we shall see if my arm is ok I will resume normal next time in few days maybe Tuesday

My exercise this morning was one hour of coloring my hair. I mean I had to stand and wave my arms around so that counts guys! Judy did you see where the coloring I ordered from Amazon EXPLODED? I think you might have missed it because I was just following your example and you didnt comment. LOL!

Kathy is that the oatmeal bread from Costco ? if so read the label if you want fewer calories on breads use pumpernickel about 70 cals a slice . My Hubbys whole grain bread has 140 cals a slice so I only have that on special days .. keep pumpernickel in the freezer and thaw out when I plan to eat

My DH drove up to Vermont yesterday and per my instructions stopped at the Dutton Farm Stand in Dummerston to stock up. On the list was their delicious oatmeal bread. You get it hot and I slice it myself so I'm not sure the calories, but it sure is worth it. And NO, I did not have him get a peach pie (sob, gasp, choke). Bahawa! They're only around such a short time. An aside....one summer we got one and put it on the kitchen counter. Later, Woody, our golden retriever ambled up to the sofa to give me a smooch and suddenly there it was.....peach breath. I was verryyy suspicious. Without making a sound he had managed to carry it to the floor and lick that pie pan clean. It was like no pie had ever existed. So, I'm used to peach pie disappointment.
