Good morning! I beat Judy to it this morning.

Great food day yesterday with lots of fruit and veggies. No processed foods!

Morning weigh in 150.

Breakfast: 10 cherries, 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices Pepperidge Farm thin sliced whole wheat bread toasted

Lunch will be large salad and maybe left over chicken.

Supper will be...a surprise!

Ran 4.5 miles this morning in 56 mins. Woot woot! It was 60 degrees and felt fabulous!
