Good morning
weigh in 151.5 going back down

breakfast

1/2 grapefruit

2.9 oz strawberries

1/2 C bran flakes

1/4 C Kashi heart to heart

1/8 C great grains crunchy pecan


1 C black coffee


Dinner today is planned boneless skinless chicken breast
mushrooms corn on cob broccoli cauliflower side salad
with the usual ingredients

Morning weigh in - weighed myself on a whim this morning. I haven't done so since the last challenge. 190.8. Which is great. I honestly was expecting a higher number since I started my period yesterday and am bloaty. But I have been doing TONS of physical activity and eating moderately well. So that's good

AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Morning all. Busy at work, but wanted to check in.

Breakfast: 1/2 C. oatmeal, 1/4 C blueberries, sprinkling of walnuts, 1 tbsp. ff milk

Lunch: 1 small baked chicken thigh, 2 C. Roamine blend salad with 2 tbsp Catalina dressing

Afternoon snack: cherries

Dinner: broiled pork chop, fresh green beans cooked with onion, olive oil and chicken broth

AM weight 287.0 (Am blaming all the salty junk from the weekend and am going to concentrate on the water today)

Breakfast- 1/2 C oatmeal (dry) w/ a couple T of sugar free chocolate syrup

Lunch should be baked fish and mixed veggies in a sauce (prepackaged frozen)--100 calories total.

That's all I have left in the house that's healthy. I NEED to hit the grocery store but not paid until Friday. Can't wait to stock up then. Until then my food combinations will still be healthy but CHEAP!

I think that she means that she measures out a 1/2 cup of the dry oatmeal and then cooks it (as opposed to half a cup of cooked oatmeal).

For the record though, you can eat the dry. It's not undigestible or anything, just a little tedious to chew and it needs something to stick it together. I used to do it all the time as a kid.

Breakfast
1 cup of yogurt.

I am still not feeling to great from Friday, so i am not sure homw much i am going to eat today.

This Saturday, a friend and i went to a music festival and walked for at least 5 miles. I hurt the nest day, but it was quite fun.

Yuck...no. I add a C of water to the 1/2 C dry. I just didn't want anyone to think I was eating 1/2C of cooked oatmeal. It's a cup (I think) cooked.
