    Good morning all I forgot to weigh myself today shopping day
    I have to get a move on..
    Breakfast

    5.1 oz orange

    1.8 oz strawberries


    1/2 C bran flakes

    1/4 c Kashi heart to heart

    1/8 C crunchy pecan

    1/2 C ff milk


    today boneless chicken is planned
    the vegies depend on what looks good in the store
    No exercise today this is my rest day I might do the weight lifting if I have time

    Good morning.

    Breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, ff milk, black coffee

    Lunch: 2 slice thin Pepperidege Farm Whole Wheat bread, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 C. cherries

    Dinner: out with friends - probably roasted veggie flatbread, but not sure yet. It is $1 burger night where we are going....

    No planned exercise today.

    Good morning Judy, Debbie and Aus,

    Drove son #1 to work, 40 miles round trip, ghastly DC traffic.

    Breakfast:
    McDonalds oatmeal, apples raisins no sugar
    unsweetened iced tea

    Snack
    peach
    .5 oz walnuts

    Lunch
    3 oz. Albecore tuna
    tossed salad

    blackberries
    .5 walnuts

    grilled chicken breasts
    grilled yellow peppers and onions
    broccoli
    brown rice

    blueberries
    .5oz almonds

    So I will get the whole rainbow today: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red tomatoes!

    I walked 3.3 miles today.

    Scale was back up due to last night's cheeseburger and 10 fries and what I forgot to log.

    1 glass champagne
    6 fritos scoops
    3 T guacamole

    at least I avoided the Coca Cola yesterday, my mom always has it because I have always loved it. And everyone else had multiple glasses of champagne.

    Breakfast was:
    oatmeal w/ 1.5T peanut butter and 1T sugar free chocolate syrup
    apple

    Lunch will be 1C cottage cheese, 3/4 C diced tomatoes, baby carrots and hummus.

    Dinner will be 8 oz chicken breast w/ bbq sauce and sweet potato fries.

    Snack will be a banana.

    I am going to the gym to ride the bike til my but hurts and walk the treadmill the rest of the time to total 40 minutes. Rest of the day will be kind of lazy! Hope everyone has an awesome day!

    That's a great plan! Make sure to think lots of positive things about the changes you are making. I'm really hurting from my walk, but am talking to myself about how I am progressing. Not in weight loss right now, but in personal transformation.

    Everyone else is eating so well I want to hang my head in shame. I start out great in the morning, I'm okay at lunch, I start the slip at dinner, and then I'm gone like Alice down the rabbit hole. If I eat 1400 calories I gain weight back. Its pure and simple. I know it. I just have to accept it. Just feeling sad and stressed and angry that I'm not ready to take some more of this blasted weight off. I know what I'm doing wrong. I understand what my options are to help make the process easier, but I'm just NOT doing it.

    Headed to gym for 55 min. cardio low impact class, then whirlpool.

    Ok did my shopping and spinach took the lead in vegies for today boneless skinless chicken with mushrooms 1 C cooked spinach a small red potato1.9 oz steamed half pat of butter side salad
    containing mixed greens a few thin slices carrot 1/5 avocado 1/4 Yellow pepper 1 thin slice red onion 3 slices cuke 1 small tomato 2 hot peppers Italian style 1 T wish bone robusto dressing.. that was dinner today
    did house work as my activity today Hugs Judy:)

    Because I am so heavy, my weight fluctuates a lot. It always has as long as I have been this heavy ...no matter what kind of scale I buy. I wasn't going to weigh myself daily bc of it, but I decided to anyway. I just keep track of the general trend going up or going down. Yesterday was the high side of normal; today was the low end of normal. I did drink a lot of water yesterday...don't know if that made a difference with all the weekend salt I ate.
