Good morning a new month a new challenge maybe

my weight was up again today 153.5 that happens the day after weight lifting Oh well that what I expected anyway .


I hope you all are making it a habit to eat a rainbow every day it is the easiest way to get the healthy nutrients into our bodies.

so make a goal for the month of August anything you want to make a goal for

My goal is to keep maintaining and eating as healthy as possible

todays breakfast

1/2 C bran flakes

1/2 C ff milk

1/3 C Kashi heart to heart

3.4 oz strawberries

2.8 Oz orange

1 C black coffee

Hello Judy, Judy!!! My goal is not to gain any more. Ughs.

I am staying the same 187. I make sure I weigh every morning. Do you know, when I had Ulcerative Colitis my doctor told me to weigh every day. He said if you gain a pound, back off the next day. I was at 152 then. waaaa, so you see I didn't listen to him since I'm up to 187. I really believe it's cause of this thyroid problem tho. And the pills don't seem to be helping my hair not to fall out.

For breakfast I am having 16 cherries and maybe a banana.

Have to go to the Gastroeligist today. Don't know how to spell it, but you get the idea. ha.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.

Morning all!

A new month - ahh, where is the summer going? Sigh....

Breakfast: the usual oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, ff milk, black coffee

Lunch: Progresso reduced sodium tomato soup, 2. oz. chicken breast

Dinner: Chicken breast, green beans (got to eat all these beans!)

Will run 3 miles after work

Morning weight: 152 (dang)

Goal for August is maintain weight and level of exercise

Good Morning all,

I am completely out of control on my eating.

I am still exercising though. This AM I walked 3.25 miles and the last tiny bit I jogged. The jogging was a lot harder than I expected. I need to remember to use my asthma inhaler BEFORE I walk.

I don't think I will be able to get back on the diet bandwagon until after Monday. But I will be glad to run the next challenge beginning Tuesday or after.

Okay. Here's the food. Yecchh.

2 McDonald's sausage burritos
2 chocolate peanut donuts.

My weigh in was 198.4, same as yesterday so I think that is good.

Breakfast
cup coffee with 1/4 cup skim milk
Half a lemon
ww toast, pat butter, 1/2 tsp grape jam
2 2" home mad chocolate chip cookies left out on counter overnight from my daughter baking. She is just learning how to do this, dad helped. I was in bed after work because it was around 10 pm.

breakfast
2 pieces turkey bacon well done
1 pc. hi fiber hi protein toast (this bread has 5 gm. protein in it and can be found at Costco)
smear of orange marmalade
coffee & a starbucks skinny vanilla latte

I didn't weigh cuz I'm going to only weight once a week. I will get discouraged if I see the scale go back up and down up and down .... water weight? or lack of exercise

O.... activity

Pool exercise walking and knee exercises 40 mins.

This is going to be an amazing month!!
I am ready for anything that comes at me.
This month i AM going to lose at LEAST 10 pounds. My goal is to lose 15, but we will see how it goes. I just need to stay motivated and stay on track... I CAN DO THIS!!

On the 17th, it is going to by my 8th anniversary with my lovely husband. I have been with him since i was 14 and i am so greatful that we are still very much in love <3

Breakfast
I am with you on this one Sharon. I had a sausage mcmuffin

Lunch is going to be a peanut butter sandwich on 12 grain bread.

Dinner is going to be Fajitas, i think.... We will find out

I plan on going on a walk after work, we will see how that goes...

Dinner for me today was pork chop onions spinach baked beans in tomato sauce I added some hot sauce to it for punch and a terrific side salad I did have 1/3 C blueberries mid morning as well

soon I will be making my green tea with lemon an after dinner ritual Not sure whats in store for supper could be nuts maybe and yogurt and berries
I took a long walk today was a little over an hour hubby was slow today did some push ups etc for about 10 minutes
and did some laundry
I had a pretty busy morning ..

Ok then....

For lunch I had two crunch chicken tacos
2 shells
2 oz. chicken
pico
lettuce
small amount of cheese
2 T of guac
1 large diet cherry caffeine free coke

I have done 5 loads of laundry, walked for 5 mins dry land
icing the knees... getting back to my knee p.t. its' very important! butt kicker doing the laundry! I Still have 4 loads to do...ugh! I'm determined to get it done before hubby gets home!

Breakfast-oatmeal w/ 2 peaches

Went out to Chili's for lunch-
Salmon w/ double serving of broccoli
2 southwest egg rolls- 220 calories (ouch)

I also had 4 packaged oatmeal cookie (ouch, again)

Dinner will be 2 chicken thighs and broccoli

Already did enough damage w the egg rolls and cookies, so no snack.

My goal for August is not to eat after 8 PM. I would love to get to 275 by September too.
