I am going to go on a detox diet. Not one of the one where you starve yourself. One of the ones where you only eat RAW VEGAN dishes.
It still allows you up to 1200-1500 calories, but you eat A LOT through out the day. The program lasts from 5-7 days.
This was the healthiest one that i found, so i am going to give it a try
Once you are done with the 5-7 days of raw vegan dishes, you slowly introduce small amounts of meat and can have cooked food. BUT, after this, the goal is to keep lunch and possibly breakfast as close to raw vegan dishes as possible
Mardee SW 200 - GW 125 (and healthy!) Be motivated!!
My main goal is not to eat after 8PM. It's my biggest problem. I am 6 days in and it is very empowering to me that I can actually control my night eating. I am seeing how long I can go; it would be awesome to make it through August!
I would like also to get to 275 this month...that'll be 10 lbs.
Good luck on your detox and let us know how it works for you!

The blood vessles are closing up in my eyes so the 13th I will have lazer surgery in both eyes.
I have had this cough for months and months so the doctors want to put me to sleep and go down my throat and see whats going on. That's not really a surgery, but it sorta is to me, I hate the thought of it. So to me it's a surgery. My girlfriend in California had the same cough and when she went to have it checked, they found she was full of cancer. So, needless to say, I'm scared. My doctor did say, "You don't have cancer." But what does he know, he's just the MD. I'll keep you all posted on the outcomes on these. I have no date for the upper G I. as yet.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.
Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else. God has created you to be you and you are free to be you.
Oh Aussie Babycakes here's a pity party for you . Yuck on both those procedures. I CAN tell you tho that I had the endoscopy and it was no big deal. A little needle and you wake up feeling grand. It isn't even real anesthesia so you feel fine as soon as you're awake. As for the results, my fingers are crossed but if your doc says no cancer, then believe him, Aussie!
