Happy Friday !

todays breakfast

1/2 C bran flakes

1/2 C ff milk

1/3 C Kashi Heart to heart

2.1 oz blueberries

2.6 oz orange

1 C black coffee


I have to shop for groceries again today
and it is raining I will take a walk in the rain after shopping today
I picked 3 tomatoes from my garden yesterday
oh my weigh in this morning was still 153 not sure why I was very active yesterday and all I dis was eat 100 cals more than my usual
Dinner will be boneless chicken mushrooms not sure of the rest that depends on what looks good in the store

I am very happy this morning because my weigh in was a new low 197! I expect it will stay around this number for a few days, it always does. I guess my persistence is paying off. I really want and hope to keep on this path, and get to goal this time.

Breakfast was
hard boiled egg
ww toast, pat butter, 1/3 tsp jam
coffee
1 cup skim milk
2, 1.25" Susan's chocolate cookies

exercise will be aerobic class and free swimming

that's great Laura keep plugging away at this and it will eventually get to your goal weight the sun came out and I got my 1 hour walk in after shopping so thats a win win

GOOD MORNING!!!

Breakfast was orange juice and a bagel.
I am not sure what lunch or dinner is going to be

This weekend i plan on being super super active!
TONS of yard work tonight after work. Saturday, i am thinking of walking around down town with my husband, maybe do a bit of well needed shopping. And hiking on Sunday.

Lets see if i can drop at least 3 pounds by Monday O.o

Oh brother, I thought yesterday's jump in weight was a stuck scale, an aberration, an nasty rotten lie, but nope. It looks like it was the truth because it's still up there this morning - 206.2

Breakfast - even less raisin bran and skim milk. Maybe I should take one flake and one raisin and wave it in the direction of the milk jug for breakfast.

Kathy I am sure it isn't the raisin bran as long as it is a proper serving but maybe the larabars could be limited How about change in that area . I hope it was you with a larabars if not please excuse this

1 pc. 5 gm. protein toast
1/3 tsp. orange marmalade
2 coffee
2 powders tsp. creamer


lunch
2 T. guac
7 small tostitos
1 plum
2 thin slices turkey
1 diet dr. pepper

I went to the grocery store and put most of all the groceries away. I'm not fit and I get hurting so have work in shifts.
still hurting from yesterday.

Today is weigh day 263... I've lost 5 lbs. YIPPEE
AND PASS THE HAT SISTER. LOL.

Congrats Laura. Mardee and SB! You guys are doing great.

Ran 3 miles this morning as I had a workshop all day.

Breakfast: the usual oatmeal, blah, blah, blah

Lunch: boxed lunch at workshop - turkey sandwich on fluffy bun, chips and cookie (yes, I ate it all; was hungry)

Dinner: Not sure yet

Morning weigh in 152 - gotta get that going the other way again!

Thanks Judy and Debbie! In addition to exercise class for 55 min. and swimming 45 min. I walked 40 min.

Lunch was 3 oz roast 1/2 med. potato 1 carrot 1/2 cup oj 1 Susan chocolate chip cookie home made

Don't know what dinner will be, probably light fare because I have little time at work to eat dinner so today my big meal was lunch.

Lunch today was a banana and a 12 grain peanutbutter and honey sandwich.

Now.... It one TBS of honey, there is 60 calories and 16g of sugar.
Are those good calories and sugars? Or are they just as bad as the rest?? Because i really love honey...

Dinner tonight is going to be Pesto Chicken breast with a side salad.

4.1 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/3 c mushrooms

1 med ear of corn

1 C zucchini steamed

side salad with the usual ingredients 4 Olives in place of avocado

2 C green tea with lemon
later I had a

6.4 oz apple

1 1/2 T naturalpeanut butter


2 oz in shell pistachios

4.1 oz red grapes


1/4 C chobani greek plain non fat yogurt

1/2 C raspberries

1/2 T honey

1/8 c great grains crunchy pecan

2 almonds
about 5 C water
