Yep, that's good Debbie. Cept I don't think I could do any sit ups. LOL If I got down on the floor to do one, I wouldn't be able to get back up. ha ha.

Hey Ausie you must have missed my post on sit ups I recommend that you do your sit ups or crunches in your bed that's what I did when I wasn;t able to get on the floor where there is a will there is a way

You gave me the giggles imagining myself trying to do my bed sit ups on a water bed! That would be quite the added challenge. In fact, I don't know if I would even be able to get out of a water bed anymore! Thanks for the laugh!
