    Hello everyone.

    Am weight- 281.6

    Breakfast was 1 C 2%milk, 1/2 C oatmeal w a large peach.

    Lunch will be the same as yesterday--lettuce, carrots, mushrooms, grapes tomatoes, 2 eggs and 1/4 C feta.

    Dinner will be eggplant baked w a can of diced tomatoes w/ Parmesan and Italian seasoning w 3/4 C pasta.

    Snack will be a light yogurt and a peach.

    Will do my 40min treadmill/ bike time at Planet Fitness.

    It's been overcast and raining on and off for a couple days. Am getting my hair cut today as a pick me up.

    Weight - 207.8 which is up a bit more. I just calculated yesterday's calories and sure enuf it was much more than I realized, 1700! And I thought I was doing well. I need to refigure my diet. I weigh 6 lbs more than in June and I'm thinking of that in terms of the extra weight on my knees. Is that like 42 lbs?

    Morning all.
    Hot and sticky again. blah..... I yearn for a cool morning.
    But I'd settle for even a cool breeze.

    AM walk with Holly.
    Dutch cocoa coffee x 2
    32 oz of water

    Breakfast
    Omelette made with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese, 4 tater tots, green pepper and onions.

    Lunch will be a protein shake w/ 2 Tblsp Chia Seeds

    Afternoon workout at the gym; 30 min recumbant bike set at level 6 .... 10 min eliptical and 40 min pool exercises.

    PM snack 3-4 apricot halves, 2 prunes and a sm. handful of whole almonds

    Dinner will be homemade Arroz con Pollo (South American chicken and rice)

    Late Night munchie if needed , 1 lg rib celery with 1 wedge Laughing Cow light

    Breakfast - raisin bran and skim milk

    I'm going to physical therapy at one and I'm a little apprehensive becuz my last experience was not good. I'm hoping this therapist is a better choice. In any case there's a lump in my stomach right now.

    Hot and sticky Kim? Whats that? LOL My grandson is finding out today what hot and sticky is. He just landed in Missouri for his career training at the Army base even tho he is a Marine. He survived combat training and so did I . ha ha ha!

    Ok, calm down!!
    Weigh-In 186, booooooooo gained 1, but I ate at 8:30 last night, so that's the reason, I'm sure. I can't even remember what I ate. Sheesh. Musta wolfed it down. ha ha!

    Brkfst - 1 cup of blueberries in 1/3 cup of milk and 1 cup of joe

    snack - 1 piece of toast buttered with 3/4 Tblsp of butter and 1/2 a small sausage pattie.

    Laura, you started out walking in 2010? WOW! Well, maybe there is hope for me. Ha. Walking out to our mailbox once a week ain't cutting it tho.
    AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

    Morning weight: 151

    Breakfast: 1/2 C oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, ff milk, black coffee
    Lunch: tuna salad on whole wheat, banana
    Dinner: cube steak, stewed tomatoes and onion, broccoli

    Gonna try to run this afternoon. First time since I tweaked my knee on Sun. It feels okay, but I'll stop if it hurts and just walk. Not exercising is driving me crazy! Who said that -- couldn't have been me - LOL!

    1 small baked chicken breast skin removed before serving
    4.1 oz red potato steamed
    1.3 C cooked spinach
    1/2 pat of butter

    side salad mixed greens 3 slices cuke 6 black olives 1 slice red onion 1/4 Yellow pepper 1 hot Italian pepper 1T wishbone robusto dressing 1T red wine vinegar


    will have tea soon green tea with lemon..
    Calories so far today just under 800
    the plan for later is nuts yogurt fruit
    right now I am satisfied

    Hi Aus, I walked to my neighbor's mailbox each morning not just one time a week every week! His mailbox is like 30 steps from my mailbox so it is not far. Can you walk that far each day instead of once a week?

    Once I did that most days of the week. I soon decided I wanted to walk farther, to the next mailbox. Then farther to the 3rd house, soon to the top of the hill, then to the corner, finally 1/4 way around the block, then by the next year I was walking a mile several times a week.

    It just worked to get my butt off the couch that I was so so stuck to. I was very resistant to getting healthy, moving my body, and taking care of myself.

    cup coffe

    .25 tsp butter
    .3 tbs grape jam
    2 bacon
    2 3" ww pancakes

    lunch
    .5 cup ww spaghetti
    cup home made spaghetti sauce with meat and vegetables
    cup tea with honey and fresh lemon

    Calories so far today 824, and I feel satisfied

    Weight today stable at 195.4 same as yesterday

    Workouts today were
    55 min low impact aerobic class
    Swimming casually for 25 minutes
    New today: 30 minutes of a new strength routine of lunges, squats, and arm strengthening exercises with 3 pound weights

    breakfast...1 cup oatmeal 3 min. with 1 T. brown sugar
    coffee 1 powdered creamer

    snack.... homemade no fat latte flavored sugar free coffee

    lunch... 1 lean cuisine pepperoni pizza
    1 small ear of corn naked.... diet dr. pepper

    lots of water during the day

    snack 2 small naked ears of corn these are the first of the year!

    Dinner... 1 piece French toast and sugar free syrup
    coffee latte or a pot fresh brewed that is decaf haven't decided
    1 piece of fruit whatever I have
    more water
    SB: Starting weight 258 Goal weight 150-160

    adjustment snack 1 small naked ear of corn not two
    my exercise consists of p.t. for knees about 15 mins.
    and moving boxes unloading boxes and putting away things that are heavy for about 4 hours. I'd say that's a good workout
    to be continued on sat.

    My NSV for the day is that I had a really good physical therapy appointment today! It was an hour and I think I've found someone really good for my needs. Of course I'm hurting tonight and Im in love with my ice packs on my knees, but I'm so encouraged.
