You did over 3 miles yesterday with your DH if I remember and you must have tweaked something Or maybe it was tying your shoe...or maybe when you dropped the soap in the shower and bent to get it...or maybe it was the cocker spaniels when you went to give them smooches . You'll never know so go with the flow. These things usually resolve in a day or so. Sorry you're hurting. Try and relax and stare at the tv tonight.

    Afternoon all.
I got up late too. Been having some really bad nights . Lots of hip and knee pain. I've upped my game at the gym and I'm paying for it, but I really don't give a rat's ass what my BODY thinks I'm capable of as long as I have the willpower to overcome the pain while I'm DOING it.
It simply feels too empowering to quit. So there it is. Six in one hand and half dozen in another. I give up something to gain something. That's life, right?

No breakfast since I slept late

I'm glad it helped you when you had your backache too. It relieves the stress of the weight of your legs pulling on your middle spine. It works wonders for muscle spasms.

My mistake we drove to a nearby California pizza kitchen restaurant. I had half the Thai chicken salad to a tune of 500 calories. Makes the total for the day about 1300. Son is making box cake for family dinner.
