Day 4 of heavenly weather....is it a dream? (Now I'm reporting just to torture Aussie!)

Weight - 207.6 I'm stuck and I deserve to be. Cable went out last night so no Internet and no tv. No Masterpiece Theatre, no vampires, no fast talking newsroom. There was nothing else to do but have some peanut butter.

Breakfast - raisin bran, skim milk (Kim, I'm just finishing off the stale box. I'm definitely over it. Whew!)

This entire week we will be moving from our house to our short term rental where we will be until the end of October and we move to California. Lifting, carrying, packing, unpacking and cleaning will hopefully provide much exercise! I also have physical therapy today and I'll be riding the recumbent elliptical bike.

    Have a great day everybody

    Hello all!

My back is still spasming, but I'm up. Good thing since today #2 son had his wisdom teeth extracted. I'm too busy changing bloody gauze to go for a walk, not sure I would make it with this back anyway. On the scale this AM it read 216.4 but I was partially dressed with my prosthesis on, which I think weighs about 2 pounds. Hoping tomorrow to see a new low.

    special K breakfast sandwich
    peach
    oatmeal
    blackberries
    homemade hamburger

dinner will be chicken sausage and brown rice and asparagus and peaches!!!!!

I love peaches, and these are from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia IMHO the best peaches in the USA.

    Good morning y'all!!

Breakfast - Went out with a friend and had a danish with ff Greek yogurt. A bit high in calories, but that is okay for today.

Lunch is going to a baby spinach salad with beats.

I am not to sure about dinner yet.

HOLY COW!! This weekend was a bit to much, i can hardly walk today! I went on a 6 mile hike, went to the races which all together was tons of walking up a down stairs to get to the bathroom or to the cooler and to top it all off, we went out partying and danced a TON.

My legs feel like there are on fire but i am also positive i lost more than a pound or two this week end. I will weigh myself tomorrow.

I hope that everyone has an AMAZING Monday!!
