Good morning Judy and Kathy!! You're two hours ahead of me lassies.

I'm still sipping on my cuppa

I made a couple of weeks ago the following:
In a pan shredded hashbrowns 10x12 pan
1 pkg. of hashbrowns
bottom of non stick pan sprayed with pam
12 eggs
celery seed and salt onion powder garlic powder
fat free shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
1/2 c. milk to eggs that are whipped together
and turkey sausage already cooked and cut up into small pieces

Bake at 350 for 45 min.
cut into squares 3x2 and freeze. Take out as needed for breakfast of whenever.

So I had one square of this for breakfast
1 pc. hi protein toast all grain
tsp. honey
2 tsp. creamora ( I know Kim but when I told my husband I was going to throw it out he was po'd cuz we have one of those really huge cannisters you buy at Costco. What to do??)
I'm going to go to store tomorrow and see what else is available.
I guess i'll have to use it intermidtedly (sp) and use whatever else I can find. Anyone have any other suggestions. I've tried to go black before but I just can't do it.

SB - How many calories in that recipe you put on here? Sounds good, but I would eat it at about 10 or 11, don't think I could eat heavy when I first get up. But it sounds great. Wonder if you could shred the potatoes yourself. I never buy hashbrowns.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

Morning all - bad news. Back to 186, sniff. I already walked out to the mailbox. I'm dragging today. It's so hot out, when is this heat ever going to end. Judy, those granola bars only have 90 calories and I only eat one cause they takes like pieces of wood.

We call that a strata and I put one together on Cristmas eve ready to pop in the oven and cook while we open presents in the morning. So good but mine uses bread cubes, not hash browns. That would be good! Why not try milk in your coffee and work down to skim? Besides, why worry about what you put in your coffee? How much can it amount to? Nobody got fat on lightening up their black coffee color. (Except at Starbucks of course!)

Hello all.

I am stupid from the Vicodin today. Forgot to post until now.

The pain from my arm woke me up in the night. The sleeve really does control the pain though. I could have taken another vicodin 4.5 hours ago and am still resisting. I hate the feeling of the sleeve. I prefer to be as close to naked as possible at all times. Any textile irritates my skin.

.5C rolled oats
1C blackberries
.5 t. cinnamon
turkey and swiss on whole wheat
with lettuce and tomato
slice whole wheat with butter
1 oz tostitos with salsa
.33 oz dark chocolate
Atkins crustless chicken pot pie

Forgot to weigh AGAIN...

justmejust replied to SharonNVirginia's response:
Hi Sharon! Is the sleeve permanent or temporary until your symptoms subside some?

My calories for breakfast lunch and dinner today totaled about 1400, all my usual foods. Might post them later.

Workout today included 85 min. yoga class, usual core exercises, light weight training, lunges and squats, six weight machines, half mile walk.

Also, got my hair cut today and bought some training shoes to help me turn and shift direction and move my feet in my aerobic class. My walking/running shoes were sliding around on my feet with all the moves I was making.
