Hello, everybody!
AM weight was 285.2.

Breakfast- 1 1/2C Kashi Go Lean cereal
1 C skim milk
Large orange

Lunch will be 1 1/2 C pasta, chicken and vegetable mix w 1/4C cheese.

Dinner will be 2 chicken drumsticks w bbq sauce, 3/4C brown rice and 1 1/2 C broccoli

Snack if I need it will be 3/4C cottage cheese and an apple.

Will do my 40 on the treadmill this afternoon.

Not sure what's going on the rest of the day for me. It's hard to plan meals for myself when I don't have a kitchen.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing okay. I had stopped taking my depression medication for a few days - and once I hadn't taken it for a while, I didn't really have the motivation to take it. It was a bad downward cycle. I also noticed that when I wasn't taking my medication I didn't ever really get hungry. Anyways, I was talking to DH on the phone, after blubbering to him that I was worried that our GOLDFISH was going to die (guys, goldfish die all the time. it's NOT the end of the world) and he made me promise to take my meds last night and then take a nap. I woke up a few hours later and felt a world of different. Anyways, I had a few bad days, but I'm still hanging in there.

Sister-in-law's house has a scale, but it's not digital. But I check every once in a while and I'm still at ~190~. ISH. I think a little less. But who knows? Those numbers are so dang tiny.

Morning everyone.
Getting extremely hot here again, lately. Supposed to be around 94 today and tomorrow, climbing through Saturday to around 101. Awful weather for contemplating any sort of activity , including just the basic "breathing".

Weight is back up.... way WAY up. Like Kali, I had a bad weekend. Very emotional. No exercise, AT ALL. Too much food.
That said .... 181.6 fun fun fun.


AM walk with Holly
(2) 22 oz cups dark cocoa coffee
32 oz water

Breakfast
1/2 c chai chia oatmeal w/ 1 diced peach and 2 T slivered almonds

Lunch
Protein shake w/ chia seeds

PM workout
gym for the first time in 5 days.....
40 min recumbant bike
10 min eliptical
40 min pool exercises

PM snack if needed
Spinach and scrambled egg w/ parm cheese in 1/2 lavash rollup bread

Dinner
Tuna patties x2
Broccoli salad
Cantalope chunks

Aus, I hope you start feeling better.
Kali, I'm glad you are back on your meds and ARE feeling better
Rachael, you sound like you are getting back on track and doing well.

Kim, about time girlie. Been missing you here. Don't sweat the repounding cause you'll knock it off in no time. Unlike me, you've got MUSCLES! And SHOULDER KNOBS! Those suckers burn calories even when you're lying in bed all day.

did my shopping today is slug day
no intentional exercise planned
my weigh in was a disaster 155.5 up 3 pounds those 3 thin slices of banana bread must have done it LOL have to get this under control again

Breakfast was
1/2 C bran flakes
1/2 C ff milk
1/3 C kashi heart to heart
3 oz orange
3.5 Oz strawberries
1 black coffee

plan for dinner
' baked chicken breast
asparagus
corn on cob
side salad

2 C green tea with lemon


2 oz pistachio nuts
Greek yogurt with berries and honey
maybe an apple with peanut butter

that's the plan

Breakfast - smoothie of skim milk, banana, frozen cherries, frozen peaches

Had an amazing miracle day Sunday when I walked normally with no pain. First day since January 15th. Then I went to PT yesterday. I felt something get wrenched a bit and here I am today hobbling again. Rats. The good news is that at least I know pain free is a possibility! Here's hoping I see it again soon.

Breakfast......
Well, today was a bad day. I have a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, and then, around 11:00 i was feeling hungry so i ate my lunch with was a turkey and lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. i hate binge eating.

Dinner will be tacos

I am finally getting over my sickness from last week, but i ear drum is still bothering me. Dr said no exercise that could raise my heart rate until my ear is better. All well, i will get over it

That's not a binge Mardee! You are doing fine. Just hang in til dinner and continue to eat healthily for the day. Sometimes when you've been restricting calories for a while, your body just gets hungry and you have to listen to it. It wants nutrients, which you gave it. It is not crying out for a big bag of Cheetos and moose tracks, however. That could turn into a binge!
