CHALLENGE 4 has OFFICIALLY BEGUN!

Welcome fellow Challengers. I'm glad you could make it.

It's only just past midnight , Saturday AM but I wanted to make sure I got on and posted so that you all can see how the challenge discussions are kind of layed out.

Kali has posted her measurements early and will post her weight later today .
I will do the same so that newbies can see what to do.

DO NOT worry about how much you weigh, or compare your measurements to others.... WE DON'T CARE what they are in that sense... we focus on the group's totals so that we can make changes as a WHOLE while individually trying our best to make something happen for OURSELVES .
What we post these for is to compare with the NEXT time we measure and then the FINAL time....with a little effort, you'll be surprised at the changes. I promise.

Remember this isn't a competition with eachother.

I still don't know who all is joining... could be up to 13 people as it sits right now... i'll know more later today, hopefully.... when we have everyone on board , I'll get a final tally of challengers , weights and measures and post them At that time I will also figure out the GROUP GOALS for losses based on how many people we have doing this and the 22 day setup.

Good Morning fellow Challengers!
Looks like we have a bunch of sleepy heads today

In the spirit of FULL DISCLOSURE, I went to bed EXTREMELY Late or somewhat early this morning... let's just say that at 3 AM I felt I needed an EARLY AM snack

E-AM Snack
4 potato chips, then I got smart about it
10 lg green grapes
1/2 med peach
1/4 med apple
*****************
C4 , AM STARTING WEIGHT 179.2 lbs
****************
Feelings today... I am 8 lbs heavier than the mini goal I set for myself a couple of weeks ago... I wanted to be at 171 by Sept 1, which feels like a huge emotional set back and a small failure on my part. I hope to remedy this by working on my nighttime eating , which is still out of control.
I stay up so late that I feel like it's time for another meal.... then I go to bed on it...
NOT GOOD.

This morning I started out the same way and got a handle on it (the chips) pretty quickly and made some better choices.
If nothing else, I aim to do this instead of the heavier, greasier, saltier fare I seem to want when I'm too tired to think straight.

It's really hot and muggy out this AM. and I'm still a bit tired.
I'll check in later with you guys and will post my intake and w.e. exercise I decide to do. Michael wants to take our Saturday Ride... I love doing it, and seeing diffent places, but it tends to throw me off for exercise and eating choices since I never know where we are going or how long we'll be gone.

huggs you guys

Angel, got a weigh in, hon?

I see you've left off the lower tummy. This is fine. Measure what is comfortable for you, but make sure you make a "master list" of your own to measure the same things every time, so that you don't throw off your totals.
