I really must keep that in mind.... and when I FORGET to keep it in mind, there's always this...

Which I need to and probably WILL print out and hang on the wall next to my bathroom scales.
Hopefully , if I bang it hard enough, I'll "sleep" through lunch, lol

Well, humor helps, so I've been told..

and you always look thinner when you hold your chin UP.

    Happy Sunday, fellow Challengers.

Mooooooorning all. Why are Sundays hard to get up out of bed in?

    Weigh-In 185 W00T finally!!!!!

No breakfast today. My daughter in law bought me and Carl 2 reservations to this FANCY EXPENSIVE restaurant for Brunch at 11. I keep telling her to stop doing that. This "Brunch" I'm sure cost her $50 or more and Carl and I don't eat hardly anything for breakfast and we usually don't eat lunch only a early supper. Ohhh! that woman! So today will be weird. I will keep track of what I have a let you all know.

Yesterday was a great day. I even walked out to the edge of our field and did some rifle shooting with the kids. Well, they're not kids, both are almost 20. LOL

Thank you everyone for your comments. I love you all.

Sharon I hope your arm gets better soon. Kim, you will have to stop that staying up late, but not till your alone. I used to stay up till 1 or 2 every night, but now it's just me and Carl Plus I cant handle it anymore at my age. Age has a lot to do with it.

Kathy, I don't move pianos. LOL You funny girl.

Oh, Heck Aus, sit back and enjoy it. Even if it's mostly for the atmosphere and NOT having to cook it yourself, it's going to be worth every penny..
That's walk and the shooting was great fun I'd bet. a really great way to spend the day with your grands. How is Austi doing in the marines? Is he taking to it ok?

As for my staying up.... let's just say that when the baby comes...

OH! Aus! you weren't here to hear this... I'm gonna be a grandma again... Alex and Monica are preggers.
So , while they are in such close proximity.... like the very next room, I guess I could always take the night shift of feedings if need be, lol

I'm trying to see the silver lining here about my inability to sleep during the NIGHT anymore.

so.... are you sharing the foods that made you rant today, or are you withholding that information in hopes that we'll forget that you DIDN'T??? lol
