    Weigh 283

    Breakfast
    yogurt, 1/2 c grape nuts, 1 c ff milk banana

    Lunch
    salad with spinach and lettuce, 2 tbs ff Catalina, 1 c canteloupe, 1 diet green tea

    Dinner
    1 med taco salad, lettuce, tomatoes, tace meat, 2 tbs salsa

    cal 1294 higher then normal

    exercise normal work routine walking, up and downstairs
    1 hour swimming after work

    Body really stiff and sore this morning. I guess Richard is really kicking my rear end right now

    well I decided to have a slug day yesterday
    and eat the same cals as I did while exercising an hour or more

    todays weigh in 151.5

    Breakfast

    5.3 oz orange
    3.2 oz raspberries
    1/2 C bran flakes
    1/3 C heart to heart
    1/2 C ff milk
    1 C black coffee


    Dinner today will be
    boneless chicken breast
    either brn rice or sweet potato
    Zucchini

    side salad with usual ingredients


    there will be 2 C green tea with lemon

    2 Oz pistachio nuts and the yogurt and berries
    could be an apple with peanut butter too

    will be exercising today walking and weight training

    I hate full disclosure bc I feel like I am letting you guys down w all the encouragement you give me. Sorry.

    Binged last night and weight went from 277.6 to 281.2. I know it'll bounce back down. Hopefully before the end of the challenge. Am very much looking forward to Oct 3. That the day I meet w the counselor that specializes in eating problems. I will pass on any info that I learn.

    If this binging has taught me anything, it's how to bounce back.
    Breakfast was- apple w 1/2 C oatmeal.

    Lunch will be 3 hard boiled eggs
    2C spinach
    1C diced tomato
    2 mini cucumbers
    2T lite dressing

    Dinner will be subway 6" double turkey
    1C carrots
    6oz Greek yogurt

    Snack (maybe) popcorn
    Total calories-1220

    Will do my 40 on the treadmill.

    Rachael, I'm sorry you are hitting this wall.
    If you are still right there, please tell us exactly what and when you ate yesterday..... I know it all started with the blueberry pancake breakfast binge, but what else?
    Would like to pinpoint your problem times and what you are eating or NOT eating that your body needs.

    Also, what you were doing during that binge period, like at work, watching tv.... whatever

    there's a chain of thoughts we think right before the binge
    perhaps something like this: I need something to eat//
    Humm that bag of potato chips sounds good // im going to have that bag of potato chips // the action then comes that you actually eat the bag of potatoe chips.

    every where there is// you can interrupt your thought and do something different.............. a distraction if you will..... generally we have a lot more thoughts then this but its all about the process weve before we actually either make the wrong choice or binge...........does that make sense

    do your own thought chain and see what happens.
    I learned this in a weight class put on by Kaiser permanente
    many years ago and it just popped in that I had that. also when you're thinking you canthink of the consequences to yourself. i'm having some of the same problem.

    even know about the chain thinking and how to interrupt so whats my problem! I'm really mad at myself and wonder do I really want to loose weight?? I do every day I do but wondering if because this is my last addiction to give up if i'm just not ready?
    when I lost the 8 lbs. I suffered greatly physically. I sure kicked butt tho!

    Still having stomach problems. Trying something different for breakfast. Rachael, you're not letting us down because we see the progress you're making. Now you take accountability for the binge and you do a correction the next day. That's tremendous!!! So much better than keeping it in the closet and being so mad at yourself you do it again the next day to punish yourself. You are changing. Maybe not as fast as you would like, but then again, who is?

    Weigh-In 187

    Brkfast 1 peach, 1 cup of joe. When I put 1 cup of joe it is actually a 41 calorie cup. Cause I use 1/2 TBsp of half and half and 1 scant tsp of sugar.

    Judy, Judy, Judy, what an inspiration you are. Wow, you are so disciplined.

    Keet, here is my thought process: Oooo, Cheetos//maybe I shouldn't eat them//but they are so yummy//and look, Carl bought them for me, don't want him to think he didn't do good//naw, I won't eat them now, maybe later. -- Later comes alright but at 8:30 pm. boo hoo hoo. Then I go to bed thinking: WHY DID I EAT THEM?
    AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

    Don't live life comparing yourself to everyone else.

    Ok, how bout trying this...
    You can have your cheetos.... with one exception.
    You have to eat 1 baby carrot or 2 in piece of celery and sip 2 oz of water between every cheeto..... could you do it?
    Want to try?
    The big thing is to do everything in moderation. Don't deny yourself, just go about it a little differently by making sure you ALSO feed your body while feeding your craving

    I would bet that if you really did this, you'd only eat about 10 cheetos, maximum.
    Try it. See if I'm right.

    Breakfast couldn't come soon enough...5 min to pull it all together and I was chomping at the bit....
    1 med peach
    1 1/2 slices ww toast w/ 1 tsp ff cream cheese and 1 tsp strawberry jam
    Egg and greens

    Lunch
    vanilla protein shake w/ chia seeds

    PM workout
    10 min recumbant bike
    10 min eliptical
    10 25 yrd laps of freestyle swimming (about 30 min with rest breaks)

    PM snack
    2 whole grain WASA crackers topped w/ 1 Laughing Cow Light Swiss, 4 slices cukes, 2 slices Deli roasted chicken breast
    1 c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    Dinner
    1 1/2 cups homemade Mullagatawny Soup
