Morning all. I see I'm the first one here.

Here are my stats:


Weight -187

Waist - 43

Hips - 46.5

upper Tummy - 42

Bust - 43

L Wrist - 6.5



Wrist - 7 each

R thigh - 24

L thigh - 24.5

R calf - 16.5

L calf - 15.5

Ankle - 9 each


Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 cup of joe

We are headed to Cope today. 200 mile trip, ughs.
AusGram -SW - 194; CW -188; GW -150 for now, will lower that WHEN I reach it.

I'm sorry, I didn't have my glasses on yet and just saw the blur of your pic and didn't even try to read the name, wow, to my naked and very near sighted eye, you evidently look like Helene.... I know for some reason I was thinking what time it was in Canada when I woke up...... lol ... I have no idea what that's about. Anyhow, sorry for the mix up so early in the day.

Yoga, Helene??!! Good for you, Sweetheart! I can't do it now because of my hip, but I took a short Summer class in 2002 and it was something I really enjoyed. There was no pushing to make you do the bends that the instructor was doing, just to try to do your best...it was quite relaxing.

I think you'll enjoy not only the class but being out with others and socializing more.

Kathy, you know, that left wrist measurement from Aus was pretty specific at 6.5" I'm going to take that one and think that she put "each" after the second one as a fluke.... so she has a 6.5" Left and a 7" right, just to give her the benefit of the doubt....

She's done well though, she's up a lb but down 2 1/4 inches overall from the start.
