No breakfast this morning. We are out of fruit. So I will drink my coffee and hope some of our people in our meeting brings fruit. They usually do. Like strawberries. We will be going shopping today too Judy.

Oooopsies weight is creeping up... 203.6! I know why...I had a Boston Market chicken with their dill potato, sweet potato and steamed veggies for dinner, then I had 200 calories of microwave popcorn to see how I was doing with roughage. SALT SALT AND MORE SALT. Yuck.

Hi , Judy.
No, Aus I'm not lost just out for a little bit.
We have had a bit of a scare here and I spent yesterday researching area family practitioners for my Michael. He's scared to death of doctors, and hasn't seen one in many years and now that I found one that he may like, after physically checking out several yesterday, he may have his very own pet dr .

backstory....

Well, we were out and I finally got him to sit at one of those bp machines...a NEW one. His bp was 170/120 which is extremely high.
I told him I was scared for him and us and I think he got scared..... and Michael doesn't scare easily about his health.

Not as worrysome a situation as Mardee is going through, the poor girl, but that's where I have been....

Breakfast
Egg and greens(spinach, onion, mushrooms)
1 med banana

lunch
builders bar
glass of unsweetened almond milk blended with a 1/2 of a fresh peach

Dinner
1 serving of homemade Mexican Casserole(yellow corn polenta, tomatoes, onions, black beans, ff refried beans, jalapeno peppers, green peppers, corn, green enchilada sauce, ground turkey and ff cheddar cheese.)
Small serving of tri color broccoli slaw

Hip was extremely twangy last night and all day so far.... thinking about just the pool and a short walk with Boog later.

sorry to ear about Micheal, You get him to a Dr as soon as possible. As you know high blood pressure is a symptom of underline illness or a good alarm system.
These freekin hips I get so frustrated, any movement hurts so I decided not to listen and do my vacuum and dusting anyway. If it's gone hurt mite as well hurt for something. LOL
