I know you guys have been wondering how the group did this time. I waited as long as I could, still have not heard in from Debbie or Sharon, but we'll just take their totals from mid challenge so that I can get this finished up.

This was an extremely large group with some late joiners and some challlengers not able to do all the measurements toward the end... but this is the best calculations I can make with the info at hand.
I think they show that we kicked some major butt!

Thanks again Kim! You kept me on track again with this challenge. When I keep written track of my daily food, weight, and exercise and share it here I stay on the path to healthy weight and lifestyle.

Baby steps, to a healthy lifestyle change. When you change your thoughts you will then change your weight. Getting healthy is about progress, not perfection.

Really, you guys make me blush. No thanks needed for these Challenges. I really enjoy giving you guys a little extra something to switch things up and make the journey feel different from time to time.
It just sorta "shakes things up" , lol

I really just appreciate you all coming along for the ride and volunteering to join in and participate. It makes it more fun, interesting and educational for all involved.

It's always nice to see results, too, isn't it? D
