Weigh-In 184 Wooohooo!

Brkfast: Orange - 1 orange, 1 cup of joe
might have yellow for a snack - banana.

Not sure what I'm going to do today on eating. I should be home all day till this evening. Then going into town to say good bye to my grandbaby. He has to go back to MO to finish his Marine training.

There is no sugar in the drying process. I googled it.

Breakfast - Just a yogurt

Lunch - all i have at work is chow mein, so still no colors

Dinner - I am going to need some making up here. I was thinking about doing chicken and sun dried tomato enchiladas (red) with a veggie stir fry on the side. Maybe broccoli, zucchini and squash with olive oil and garlic. (green, yellow and white)

Kathy, if you beg to have a challenge , then celebrate when they are over.... isn't that confusing? Do you like the challenges or do you just like to have them so that you can celebrate afterward? lol

Kathy, you had all these fruits today?? Add them into your fitness planner and chk the sugar for today, ok?? wondering if your blood glucose won't skyrocket if you do this too often.... just watch your intake. I know that veggies are literally a pain in the butt right now, but watch these high glucose fruits too.
