Good Morning
I hope you all have taken the Idea of eating a rainbow of colorful fruits and vegies into your eating plan ..

todays rainbow
is red and orange so far

1/2 C bran flakes
1/3 C heart to heart
1/2 C ff milk
2 oz orange *
3.1 oz strawberries*

1 C black coffee

Breakfast banana, frozen waffle, ff milk, green and red apple slices

Lunch lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, ff catalina dressing, canteloupe

Dinner red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, yellow onion, roast beef, peach yogurt, hoagie roll

lots and lots of water
