Dinner Grilled chicken breast salad 1 c low fat cottage cheese w/6 pineapple chucks in juice 1 sm piece of bread
lots of walking today having Jeep serviced and expected time about 1 1/2 hours so gonna make hubby go walking with me HEHEHE

I burned TONS of calories at physical therapy today!! Rode the bike for 1.5 miles and did an hour of other random exercise and stretches. I feel much better today then i have been the last couple of days.
