Good morning
well took yesterday off and my weigh in was up a pound
152

will be back on plan and exercise today

Breakfast
3.5 Oz raspberries red
1/2 C ff milk
1/2 C bran flakes
1/3 C heart to heart

1 C black coffee

Just one color in my breakfast today
will have many colors at Dinner this afternoon
I hope you all are doing well eating a rainbow of colors

Good morning Judy..and everyone!

Started my day with a (red) apple mixed in oatmeal.

Lunch will be lentil soup and a salad w spinach (green), onion (white), carrots (orange), pepper (green) and tomato (red)

Dinner will be bbq chicken and lima beans (green).

Finally got my purple! Got red grapes for snacks which I had last night and will have tonight.

Everybody have a good day!

I plan to go to the gym and do what exercizes my arm will permit.

Wow I love craisins. I wouldn't count them though because they are mostly sugar. The brands I've tried haven't even had any vitamin C to speak of in them, so your best guide is going to be the label. If there are vitamins listed, they count. If not, they are candy. Tasty, slightly less empty candy, but candy.

Good afternoon!!

Breakfast - Hot Pocket. No colors
Lunch - Chow Mein. Still no colors
Snack - Apricots (orange)
Dinner - I have not thought that far ahead yet.

Once again, physical therapy kicked my butt this morning. Did 1.5 miles of the bike and then stretches for 1 hour. I guess it was kinda like yoga.

Does yoga even burn calories??

Well, only 2 weeks away from going to the orthopedic to get all of the details about surgery. I wish it would just get here already so i could ease my mind a little bit.

Roh you are right they are mostly sugar I looked at that label and it says not a significant amount of vitamin C

Dinner was

4.5 Oz boneless skinless chicken breast
2.7 Oz sweet potato Orange
9 med spears asparagus Green

side salad
mixed greens green and purple
tomato red
bell pepper Yellow
red onion slice red
radish red
1/4 avocado green
wishbone robusto dressing



did my 1 hour walk and did 21 minutes of circuit training

Mardee, surprisingly yoga, and stretching, burns calories! The fitness planner or fitday or calorie count can probably tell you how much. These days I see a lot of fitness experts advocating a mix of cardio, weight training, and stretching, so stretching is definitely a good thing to do. According to what I've read it helps muscles strengthen as well.

I have a yoga dvd that is yoga for weight loss thats the name of it I believe yoga is great for your body
when I have time to do it I do since my Hubby retired I have less time to myself to do things like that
