Good morning weigh in 152
another shopping day today
breakfast this morning :

RED 2.9 oz strawberries
Orange 3.1 oz orange
1/2 C bran flakes
1/2 c ff milk
13 C heart to heart
1 C black coffee


Dinner plans for today
Pork Chop with onions White
tiny red potato or baked beans red
spinach green
side salad with usual ingredients green yellow red

'lo all. Smells like rain here in Louisiana. The storm is a'comin and the southern part of the state will suffer through another hurricane.
Judy, I would dearly love to see you sitting down to a big mixing bowl of 13 cups of heart to heart cereal and a big spoon to match, lol..... a picture worth a thousand words.

Walk with Holly this AM, very hot and muggy, nasty nasty sweaty..... blech shudder

Breakfast
egg n greens with diced tomato again, white, red and green
4 dried cherries, red again

Lunch will be Subway
6" hw stuffed with every veggie they have. Am thinking no meat or cheese this time, just want the bread and veggies w/ sweet onion sauce..... red onion, green spinach, yellow banana peppers, green peppers, black olives.... all of it right down the lineup
Backing this up with a vanilla protein shake, for my protein

PM workout, water exercises

PM snack
1 C low sodium V8

Dinner
2 tuna patties
1 sm sliced avocado w/ lime juice, green
Steamed broccoli florets , green

have a great day everyone, Debbie and everyone suffering joint or accident pain, still in my thoughts and prayers for recoveries.

a long time ago I used to eat sweets like that huge portions
well we also have rain in the area for the next 5 days
took my walk with an umbrella today right after shopping

Red - cherries, cherry tomatoes

Orange - peach slices, clementine

Blue - Blueberries

Violet - grape juice

White - banana, dates

Green - arugula

Baby steps, to a healthy lifestyle change. When you change your thoughts you will then change your weight. Getting healthy is about progress, not perfection.
